- Poros Academy is a third-party operational platform for faculty-level academic cooperation between Chinese and foreign universities. It provides referral services for faculty partnership liaison, inter-university academic exchanges, visiting programmes, exchanges, joint research and other academic opportunities. Specific programme arrangements are subject to the information on programme pages or confirmed by both parties. The Academy does not offer assembly-line study-abroad application services and is not involved in academic decisions such as university admission reviews, credit awards or degree conferral.
- Users warrant that all information submitted is true and lawful. Users shall keep their accounts and documents secure. It is prohibited to impersonate others, disrupt website operations, or privately transfer or share platform programme resources and liaison access rights.
- Pricing and refund rules for paid supplementary service resources are subject to agreements stated on relevant pages or in orders. Once digital materials are made accessible, no unreasonable refund will be granted in principle. If the platform fails to perform its obligations due to its own reasons, the two parties may negotiate an extension, replacement or refund.
- Original texts, case studies, teaching materials and other content on this website are protected by intellectual property rights. Copying, distribution, resale or commercial use is prohibited without written permission. Users must ensure they hold lawful rights for any content they upload.
- The platform only provides academic information liaison and programme coordination services and does not guarantee admission by universities or acceptance into programmes. All referral information is for reference only. Users shall bear all liabilities related to their applications.
- The platform will make reasonable efforts to coordinate if services are interrupted due to causes beyond its control, including force majeure, policy changes of partner universities or network failures. We may update these Terms for operational or regulatory reasons; updates shall take effect upon public notice. These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Disputes shall first be settled through negotiation. If negotiation fails, a lawsuit may be filed in accordance with the law.
